We have to stop the Board of Directors from abusing the League program for their own financial benefit. They brazenly passed this $25 tax without consulting League staff or the League Committee because they knew this would never get their approval.
It is important to note: League staff had nothing to do with tax, so please do NOT call the NorCal office. We have to go straight to the source of this and contact the Board directly.
It has not been disclosed when this tax will go into effect, but here are two things you can do to help us stop this before it's too late:
- Sign this petition on change.org and make your voice heard! It only takes two minutes. Every signature counts, so please share this petition with your friends.
- Email the Board members directly and let them know that we won’t tolerate their abuse of the League program! Here’s an email template you can use. Then simply go to this page and click on the president’s or member’s name. This will let you send an email directly to them.
